TEMPORIO provides this website, including the information, products, tools and services available through it, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing temporio.co.uk, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the policies referred to within them.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website or purchase products through it.
Our online store is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform, through which we present and sell our products.

To place an order through TEMPORIO, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree that the information provided when placing an order is complete, current and accurate, and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
TEMPORIO offers watch winders, watch rolls, watch boxes, travel cases and related objects and accessories.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are accurate. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions and natural variations in the materials where applicable.
Product dimensions and capacities are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review the product description, measurements and compatibility information before ordering.
Watches, jewellery and other personal possessions appearing in product photography are for styling and demonstration purposes only and are not included unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.
Packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown where this does not materially affect the product.
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly. You may choose an available alternative where appropriate or receive a full refund for the unavailable product.
Prices displayed on temporio.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
The price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes, import duties and customs charges associated with delivery to the supported delivery area. Customers should not be required to pay additional import charges when their order is delivered.
Complimentary standard tracked delivery is available for every order to our supported delivery area, with no minimum order value.
If an optional premium delivery service is offered, its cost will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted. The total amount payable will always be shown before you place the order.
If a delivery carrier unexpectedly requests an additional customs, import or handling payment, please contact cs@temporio.co.uk before making that payment.
We may change our prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Contracts through temporio.co.uk are concluded in English. Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, delivery information and total price and to correct input errors using the checkout controls.
These Terms and Conditions can be saved or printed for future reference. We will also provide the order information and contractual confirmation by email.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket under these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment provider.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be completed. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details when these are processed securely by our payment providers.
You remain responsible for ensuring that the billing information supplied is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
TEMPORIO currently delivers exclusively within Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales.
Delivery includes the Scottish Highlands and Scottish islands. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or addresses outside Great Britain.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm London time on a working day are normally prepared and dispatched within one working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on applicable public holidays are normally processed from the next working day.
Estimated delivery is three to five working days from dispatch.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore four to six working days from order placement.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow the carrier time to register the parcel before expecting tracking events to appear.

Although we take reasonable steps to meet the stated delivery estimate, occasional delays may occur because of carrier disruption, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a material delay, we will provide the information reasonably available to us and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this section affects any legal right you may have to cancel an order where delivery is substantially delayed or where an agreed essential delivery date is missed.
Delivery is completed when the parcel is delivered to the address provided with your order, or to a person or location authorised by you.
Responsibility for the product passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of it.
Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at an authorised safe location or collection point, or return it to us.
Where an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because reasonable delivery and collection attempts were unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate next step.
We may ask you to pay reasonable redelivery costs where the failed delivery resulted from information or instructions provided by you. This does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by us or the carrier.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact cs@temporio.co.uk as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to stop the order, but this cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Eligible online purchases may also be cancelled after delivery in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights and our Returns and Refunds Policy.
TEMPORIO offers a 30-day returns period, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Change-of-mind return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Where a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, TEMPORIO will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
Our returns policy does not restrict or replace your statutory consumer rights.
Products supplied by TEMPORIO must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose expressly made known to us where applicable.
In addition to these statutory rights, TEMPORIO products are covered by our two-year limited guarantee, subject to the coverage and exclusions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
The TEMPORIO guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict or affect, your statutory consumer rights.
Products must be used, installed, operated, cleaned and stored in accordance with the instructions and care information supplied with them.
Watch winders must only be used with compatible watches and suitable settings. Customers are responsible for checking any watch-specific winding requirements with the watch manufacturer where necessary.
Only the supplied power adapter or a compatible replacement expressly approved for the product should be used.
TEMPORIO is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incompatible settings, overloading, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the supplied instructions. This does not exclude responsibility where damage is caused by our breach, negligence or a defective product.
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Occasionally, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions may occur.
We may correct website information when an error is identified. Corrections will not remove or reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
If a material error affects an order before acceptance, we will contact you and allow you to confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.
We aim to keep temporio.co.uk available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect rights relating to an order already accepted.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, TEMPORIO or other users from fraud, misuse or security threats.

Reviews and other submissions must reflect a genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or infringe another person’s rights.
If you voluntarily submit content to TEMPORIO for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting TEMPORIO.
You retain ownership of your original content and confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.
The website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by payment processors, delivery carriers, review platforms, analytics providers or other suppliers.
Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TEMPORIO is not responsible for independent third-party content or services that are outside our reasonable control.

TEMPORIO products are supplied for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption, arising from use for commercial purposes.

We aim to acknowledge customer enquiries within one working day and will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any right to bring legal proceedings.
These Terms and contracts formed through temporio.co.uk are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.
As a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Any proceedings brought against you will be commenced only in a court permitted by applicable consumer law.
