04 When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within one working day, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Tracked delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery is currently available throughout Great Britain, excluding Northern Ireland.

05 What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Change-of-mind items must be unused, complete and returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer arranges and pays for change-of-mind return shipping. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately by our customer service team.
